5湯匙鮮奶 700ml砂糖 所有材料(連 1 的依士水)搓至有筋性放盆裡，蓋上保鮮紙放於溫暖地方發酵約1小時，大約2.5倍大3) 取出麵糰分割每份45g再發酵10分鐘。然後摺疊擠壓(加入適量香草，可不加)搓成長條狀，如做約18吋長，以上份量可做約7-8條，如用小型的焗爐，可把45g再一分為二搓成約9吋長，可做約15條4) 將做好形狀的麵條放入已掃油的焗盆裡蓋上保鮮紙再發酵30分鐘，約2倍大5)
